This book was awesome and would recommend this to most of my friends. Not hard to read for people around my age. That doesn’t mean it’s for people who aren’t mature enough. Definitely one of the best I have read all year.*****

I had a hard time understanding the plot of this book. When Gwen’s grandfather disappears from his house, she is left alone. She continues to do her normal activities, such as school, while wondering what happpened to her grandfather. Even though it was hard, it was still a good read.**

this book was a story about 2 children who discover a secret that can change there lives. I thought it was great literature because it was an adventure with many cliffhangers and mysteries to be solved. this book was interesting because it told a story in secret.they didn’t tell you the characters real names, instead they gave them fake names and history. i really recommend this book for people who like mysteries and adventure.****

Teen Review: Tales of Terror and Mystery

Posted in Mystery, Teens Read on August 1, 2012 by juniebeth turned out to be my favorite of Arthur Conan Doyle. I would recommend this especially to someone who hasn’t read his stories yet. The book is divided into two main sections terror and mystery (terror being my favorite). There are thirteen stories that will most likely please both H.P. Lovecraft and Edgar Allen Poe fans are sure to love.****
